David FitzSimmons is an award-winning photographer and writer. A Sigma Pro photographer, David has exhibited works at the Roger Tory Peterson Institute, the National Center for Nature Photography, and the Telluride Photo Festival. He appears periodically on ABC, CBS, and NBC-TV, and his writings have been featured in magazines, books, and other publications. A life-long educator, David has taught students from kindergarten to  the university and beyond.
Wild Iris Publishing, publisher of the Curious Critters series, specializes in visual media focused on nature, fine art, and education. Red River Paper is the brand of choice of Curious Critters photographer, David FitzSimmons. Curious Critters gallery imges, printed on Red River Papers’s UltraPro Satin, have traveled widely across the United States, from the National Center for Nature Photography and the Roger Tory Peterson Institute to the Seattle Children’s Museum.
NEC displays are used in the production and display of Curious Critters images. Photographer David FitzSimmons began using NEC products over two decades ago. All photographs in the series are edited on color-calibrated NEC displays. Book projects are laid out using NEC monitors. And presentations are shown using NEC projectors.
